"For context, I'm 5'8" and weight around 190 lbs. I run 15-20 miles per week. I have a NAGGING right ankle that feels good during runs, but becomes stiff and sore the night after any run 6+ miles. I also have a previous Achilles tendinitis issue. I ran 10 miles in the CEP compression calf sleeves, and wore the ankle compression sleeve after the run (and shower). ANKLE FEELS FINE.
