Incorrect size chart or product not built to spec

"I ordered two mid-support and one max-support ankle sleeves in the same size - for 8. 75-9. 5 ankle circumference. The max-support was way bigger than the mid-support sleeve, the fit was loose, felt no compression at all. I called Customer Service who said that it may have just been a bad item, so they processed an exchange. When I mailed back the item, I even included a side-by-side photo of the mid-support and max-support sleeves to show the disparity. Got the replacement and it was still bigger. I haven't had sizing issues with CEP products I've bought in the past - socks, shorts, pants, knee sleeves, etc. But either the sizing guide for this max-support ankle sleeve is wrong, or production is messed up and it runs big."

"Just bought these ankle compression socks/ sleeve and I am betting on all the positive reviews and will post another review after my run ( I run 20-30 miles a week) while wearing my CEP Compression socks/sleeve with my review!! "This is a great sleeve that gave me more ankle support as I recovered from a grade 2 ankle sprain. The product fits true to size. I would recommend measuring carefully and not sizing down, it stretches just enough to get it on but if you sized down for a tighter fit it probably wouldn't work. I ordered both the mid support ankle sleeve and this product, not sure which would work best for me. For me the most salient difference isn't the level of compression (they're similarly tight), it's that this one, the max support ankle sleeve, has two channels of padding along the sides. These provide additional support but mean that the sleeve won't fit under certain shoes (fit fine under sneakers but not dress shoes or lace up boots). The other sleeve fit under all my shoes."

The BEST ankle sleeve for my severe sprain!

"I suffered a very significant ankle sprain (inversion injury) while running 4 weeks ago, with severe swelling. I immediately bought both the CEP mid support and this max support ankle sleeve, and have been alternating them. I think they are both great products, but this max support sleeve is very comfortable and supportive, and the silicon inserts around the ankle bones (lateral and medial malleoli) really got the swelling down. I plan to use this max sleeve for running once I no longer have to wear an actual brace. I will buy another one of these if the first one should happen to wear out without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone with a significant ankle injury. Please keep making this product, CEP!"

"Dealing with a really bad High Ankle sprain, when ankle was really sore and felt like it was going to burst from the blood rushing and pooling in my Ankle the CEP Max Support ankle brace really helped a lot! The silicone inserts really help with the swelling behind the ankle bone near the Achilles tendon and kept the swelling down and at the same time giving some support. The Mid Support brace was great as my ankle was getting better to help with increased circulation."
