got for my partner, she loves them

"I bought a pair of these compression style socks a while back for skiing and started to use them. I thought it was a bit pricey for a sock, but I liked it was German made and the description seemed interesting. I'm a 10. 5 US, with a wide flat foot, and I'd say a standard calve. I ordered the IV size and it fits great. After a season of skiing I just assumed my boots had finally broken in and felt better. After a few days of skiing and making them stink up, I swapped back to my smartwool socks and oh wow. . . my feet felt terrible. Just achy and sore. Did not realize how much a difference these socks made to overall circulation and longevity for touring, resort skiing, and general day to day. I saw the 75% off friends and family deal and ended up buying hiking socks, more ski socks, and some no show ankle socks. All fit great and make such a difference. Bought some for my partner too and she loves them, also claiming they are helping make her feet less sore hiking and with other activities. This stuff was not even on my radar, stoked to see the deal on expert voice and purchase something I would not have normally that has made such a difference in my day to day. Only thing to note- when wearing in my house they definitely catch my cats hair, and after a ski weekend they definitely stink a bit. But what sock doesnt when you have it in a hot boot all day."
