Meh

"Seems okay, size off. Too large, falling off my knees."

Great Knee Sleeve

"Stays on very well, at least through running, sprinting, and climbing (as well as speed climbing). Gives nice compression, and support, as well as keeping the knee warm during rest. May run a bit small."

It worked for me to relieve knee pain

"I was afraid of debilitating knee pain on longer hikes. I must admit I was skeptical that these would help my knee pain but during a longer thru hike they became indispensable. The sleeve did not cut off circulation and I wore it all day for several days. As a test I wore only one and the knee without the sleeve started hurting."

I prefer the ankle, but a lot of it comes down to fit. . .

"Definitely take the time to measure yourself before order. It will make or break your experience."

Disappointed with Fit and Compression

"I wanted to like the CEP Light Support Compression Knee Sleeve, but it fell short in a few key areas. While the material is indeed thin and breathable, it simply doesn’t stay tight on my upper knee during any activity. The sleeve constantly slips out of place, which defeats the purpose of using it for support while training or moving around. Despite being marketed as offering “light to moderate compression,” I didn’t feel any noticeable compression at all. It might be okay for passive recovery when you’re off your feet, but it’s not effective for activity or movement. The anatomical design and anti-slip features sound good on paper, but they didn’t work for me in practice. Not enough compression, not enough grip, and definitely not something I’d recommend for actual knee support while being active."
