I should have ordered a size down.

"The compression sleeve is really nice, but I have to wear it under another sock. It is too loose to provide meaningful compression. I have enjoyed the support it lends to my achilles. It is tight around my foot, but loose around my ankle. I should have ordered a size down. Any runner with achilles issues would benefit from the sleeve if it is appropriately sized. Order a size down! I really enjoy CEP products and this slightly disappointing experience will not keep me from ordering their products in the future."

The product does do a

"The product does do a good job of keeping my Achilles warm. The pads on the back help with any impact. However I have found that with fairly regular use, the elastic is really wearing down a lot. Now I don’t really wear it for the compression. It’s more so padding for my Achilles if anything. I wish there was something like adjustment straps so that it didn’t lose its elasticity over time. Expect the product to only be useful for a short period of time."

Older one is better

"I really liked the prior cep Achilles support. This one doesn’t compare. This one I can walk in, but that’s about it. This done not help for running or hiking at all. I ended up having to take it off because it was causing more pain. Walking it was pretty decent, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend any strenuous activity with this."
