"This jacket is excellent for the morning run. It is not as warm as I’d like, but it is comfortable for spring and fall. Also wore in the downpour and keep me dry for a period of time until it started soaking through. If it is raining I wear a waterproof shell that I have under it so I still have the benefit of the reflective material. If you are looking for something to wear over your shirts on those cold days and be safe. This is a good find."
