"I love these sleeves. I have tried many other brands and now I know that I will no longer do that again. I'm sticking with CEP. The sleeves are perfect for our Florida tempertures and I can wear my sandals or flip flops because my toes are out and free. Thank you for the top notch quality. . . "These run incredibly small. My calves are 15” in diameter so I order the 15-17 inch pair and can barely get them on. There’s no way these would fit 17” calves. The fabric is also incredibly thin and I fear they will soon tear trying to pry these on and off."

- Hello, Our CEP items are made both in the US and in Germany. The biggest difference between the the 4.0 and 3.0 is that the 4.0 has a 16-18 mmHg on the calf muscle and a 22-24 mmHg on the ankle, whereas the 3.0 has 20-30 mmhg throughout the full calf sleeve. The 3.0 also has a 80% polyamide and a 20% spandex material, whereas the 4.0 has a 77% polyamide and a 23% spandex material.
