RETURN POLICY

30 Days for a Full Refund: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

90 Days for Exchange or Store Credit: Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 90 days of purchase.

Product Packaging Required: Original packaging must accompany all returns.

Launder Before Returning: Items that have been tried on must be laundered prior to return.

Final Sale Items: Select items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I set up a return or exchange?

To set up a return or exchange, access our easy-to-use Return Portal by clicking the button above. You will need your order number and email address to process the return or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment once the item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 business hours for the refund to post to your account.

When will I receive my exchanged order?

Once the returned package is scanned at USPS, the new order will be automatically processed and shipped from our warehouse.

What is the cost of a return label?

Our prepaid USPS return shipping labels are $6.95 and will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free to process.

How do I print this return label without a printer?

If you don’t have a printer, please give us a call and we can mail your label to you. Some return/exchange labels can be printed at your local post office, depending on your location.

What is your 6-month compression guarantee?

We guarantee the compression of our products for 6 months from the date of purchase. If for any reason during that time, you feel your socks are no longer providing the proper level of compression, simply contact us and following the evaluation, we'll coordinate a replacement. To coordinate your replacement, please contact our customer service team via email at support@ceprunning.com or you can call us toll-free at 888-519-2338.

What if I didn't purchase my product from CEPRunning.com? 

If you purchased your CEP product from one of our retailers, you'll need to coordinate the evaluation and replacement with them. 

Please note: Returned items are shipped via USPS. You will need to drop the return items in a mailbox, at your local Post Office, or schedule a parcel pick-up through the United States Postal Service Website.

Disclaimer: Qualifying orders returned without prior authorization will be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and order processing charges will be deducted from the refund. This includes a $6.95 return label fee, if used. If the return is a result of an incorrect shipment or product defect, we will provide a return label free of charge. Prices on exchanges will be based on the website price at the time the exchange was requested. Snags, runs and holes can develop in the product over time, as with similar products. These occurrences will not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange. Refunds may take 4-10 business days to post to your account after processing. For more information regarding credits to your account, please contact your card issuer or payment processor. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
